What is the Conflict of Perspective?
Because each person is unique with different perspectives, varying passions, and diversity of experiences, each person in your organization will naturally see things differently.
A diversity of perspective is highly valued in organizations; however, at times when passionate people with unique perspectives work on important tasks conflict can accelerate rapidly.
As you can see in the chart below, the greatest conflict arises when there is a high intensity of importance coupled with a high diversity in viewpoint or perspective.
